SMS terms
Program terms for text messages from Capital Ally.
Last updated September 29, 2026
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our eligibility form, or reply to a text from us, you agree to receive text messages from Capital Ally about your funding request. Messages may include confirmation that we received your request, scheduling and reminders for calls with a funding specialist, requests for documents, status updates and offers from the lenders we match you with, and occasional information about Capital Ally services. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent is not required
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Capital Ally or any lender.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies depending on the status of your request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have opted out. To re-join, reply START or submit a new request with consent. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of calls or emails; to stop those, email [email protected].
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
Supported carriers
Messages are supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular and their prepaid brands. Delivery on other carriers is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Your mobile number and text message consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Details of how we handle your information are in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
